If you have a complaint about how your personal data is handled, contact our Grievance Officer. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 this is the channel a Data Principal uses to exercise their rights and to complain.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
So we can act without a round of questions, please tell us your name and a contact address or number, what happened and when, which account, workspace or phone number it concerns, and what outcome you are asking for. If you are complaining on someone else's behalf, say on what authority.
If you do not hold an account with us - for example you were called by an agent running on the platform, or you booked an appointment - say so and give the phone number or email address you used, so we can find the records that concern you.
We acknowledge your complaint, investigate it, and reply within the window stated above. If we need more information we will ask once rather than repeatedly.
You can escalate to the Data Protection Board of India for a personal-data complaint. For a consumer dispute, the relevant Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. For a cyber-security incident, CERT-In.
