These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai, Tamilnadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you create one for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, for keeping your credentials to yourself, and for the accuracy of what you tell us. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
A workspace owner controls who may join and what members may do. Where a workspace requires a second factor, you will be asked to set one up before you can continue.
Content you upload or create stays yours. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process and display it so the product works.
Where you use the platform to handle other people's personal data - your contacts, your callers, people booking with you - you are responsible for having a lawful basis for it, for telling them what you do with it, and for honouring their requests. We process it on your instructions as part of providing the service, under our Privacy Policy.
Calls answered by an agent you configure are recorded and transcribed, and an AI model processes what is said. Where you deploy an agent, you are responsible for the disclosure it makes to the caller and for having the consent that recording requires in the places you operate.
AI output can be wrong. It is not advice, and you should not rely on it without review.
You must not use the platform to:
We may suspend an account that does any of this, and we will say why where we lawfully can.
Paid plans are charged in advance for the billing period you choose. Charges are in Indian rupees and exclusive of GST, which is added at the applicable rate. Usage-based charges and add-ons are billed as incurred or per period, as the plan describes.
Where you authorise a recurring debit, we charge the instrument you registered on each renewal until you cancel. If a payment fails we will tell you and retry; persistent failure may suspend the subscription.
We may change prices with notice. A change takes effect at your next renewal, never mid-period.
You can cancel a subscription at any time; it then runs to the end of the period you have paid for. You can delete your account, and a workspace owner can delete the workspace, from within the product - both after a 30-day grace period during which you can change your mind.
Some records survive deletion because the law requires it - issued tax invoices in particular. Our Privacy Policy sets out what is kept and for how long.
We work to keep the platform available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change or withdraw features; where a change removes something you rely on, we will give notice where we reasonably can.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for a change that materially affects you, tell you before it takes effect.
