These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai, Tamilnadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Subscriptions are charged in advance. If you cancel, the subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for and that period is not refunded - you keep the service you bought.
If you were charged after cancelling, or charged twice for the same period, tell us and we will refund it.
Upgrading is prorated: you pay the difference for what is left of the period. Downgrading does not produce a refund; the lower price applies from the next period.
Switching from annual to monthly, or the other way, closes the running period and values what is left of it. Any surplus is credited to your account balance rather than refunded - you keep the same product, so there is a balance to carry rather than anything to compensate. The credit is applied to your next invoice.
Usage already consumed is not refundable. Add-ons follow the subscription they are attached to. A rented phone number is billed for the rental period it was taken for; releasing it early does not refund the remainder.
An order cancelled before despatch is refunded in full. After despatch, it becomes a return - tell us within 7 days of delivery, and once the item is back with us in its original condition we refund the price you paid. Delivery charges are not refunded unless the item was faulty or wrong.
An unpaid online order is released automatically if it is not paid within 30 minutes, so nothing is held against you.
Account balance added by a top-up is spendable on the platform and is not withdrawable as cash. Balance that arrived as a credit from a plan change is likewise not refundable.
Refunds go back to the instrument that paid, through our payment processor. We initiate approved refunds within 7 working days; how long it then takes to appear is your bank's or card issuer's, and is usually 5 to 10 working days.
Write to the Grievance Officer with your account email, the invoice or order number, and what you are asking for. We reply within the window published on that page.
